Talisker Distillers Edition

Talisker's Distillers Edition takes the distillery's classic Island character and layers in a sherry influence from ex-Amoroso cask finishing. The nose offers dried fruit, tobacco and the signature coastal smoke the distillery is known for. On the palate, rich walnut and leather come through in waves, kept in check by Talisker's trademark black pepper kick. Bottled at 45.8% ABV, this medium-bodied dram manages to bridge the gap between sweet sherry richness and the dry, peaty intensity that has made the Isle of Skye distillery so well regarded. Read more
