Chapter Four is the penultimate release from Midleton's Silent Distillery Collection, paying tribute to the final casks filled at the Old Midleton Distillery before its closure. Matured for 48 years in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 53.9% ABV, this is a full-bodied, intensely rich Irish whiskey. The nose offers manuka honey, caramelised apple and nougat.
